Refund policy
The company carries out exchanges and returns of goods of proper quality in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Rights Protection”.
A product of proper quality is an item without defects that, for certain reasons, did not suit the Customer (for example, incorrect information about the product, packaging, or type was provided during ordering, or the product did not satisfy the customer by shape, size, dimensions, color, or other characteristics and cannot be used as intended).
The return of such a product is possible within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt, provided that:

The product has not been unpacked or used; the packaging is intact;
- The product’s original appearance, seals, and labeling are preserved;
- A sales receipt or invoice is available.
In the case of an exchange of a product of proper quality, delivery is paid by the Recipient. In the case of a refund for a product of proper quality, only the cost of the product is refunded, excluding postal service fees.
Returns of used goods (opened/used products) are not accepted due to sanitary, hygienic, and safety requirements.
The return of wholesale supplies is regulated by a separate agreement concluded between the Buyer and is possible only by mutual consent and after thorough inspection.
The method of returning goods is the same as the purchase method or another way that can be additionally agreed upon between the Buyer and the Online Store.
Procedure for returning and exchanging goods of improper quality
If a product of improper quality is found after receipt, the Buyer must immediately notify the Online Store, providing the Order number and a description of the problem (if possible, send photos of the defective product).
If the Buyer’s claim is justified, the Online Store, at its own expense, arranges: delivery of the defective product from the Buyer to the Online Store’s warehouse; exchange or
refund of the defective product’s value.
The exchange of a defective product is carried out within 14 days from the customer’s request, provided that a similar product is available for exchange. If there is no similar product available, the customer may purchase another product in stock with price recalculation, exchange it later when available, or request a refund.
Refunds to the Customer are made to the customer’s bank account: 1) for products of proper quality — in this case, the bank commission is paid by the Customer; 2) for products of improper quality — in this case, the bank commission is paid by the company.
According to the "Law of Ukraine on Consumer Rights Protection,” the company may refuse to exchange or return products of proper quality if they fall under the categories listed in the current List of non-food products of proper quality that are not subject to return or exchange.
