Order processing time: orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation 

Delivery methods

By postal operator “Nova Poshta” 

Delivery is carried out to any location in Ukraine of your choice (within the operator’s service area): home delivery (courier to the door) or to a Nova Poshta branch. Delivery time is counted from the moment of dispatch. The delivery of goods is carried out according to the terms and tariffs indicated on the website of the postal operator. 

Pickup: 

The Buyer can collect the pre-ordered Product directly from the Online Store’s warehouse by selecting the appropriate delivery method when placing the order, after confirming the order details with the store manager.

When the order is ready for pickup, the Buyer will be notified and can collect the order at the following address:

Lutsk district, Velykyi Omelyanyk village, Volodymyrska street, 3B

Please note: the delivery cost is not included in the order total. Shipping services are paid separately, directly upon receipt of the goods. You can find out the approximate delivery cost by consulting with the online store manager or directly with the carrier.

Payment methods

  • Online card payment
    Pay online with a Visa/Mastercard. Cards from all Ukrainian banks are accepted. When paying, you will be redirected from our website to a secure payment system. The payment is processed instantly.
  • Cash on delivery
    Cash on delivery is a Nova Poshta service that allows the customer to pay for the ordered goods at a Nova Poshta branch after checking the integrity and completeness of the order. This service is charged according to Nova Poshta’s tariff: 20 UAH + 2% of the cash-on-delivery amount. 

Orders are accepted from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Orders placed before 10:30 a.m. (paid or cash on delivery) are shipped the same day; all others are shipped the next business day. Saturday and Sunday are days off.
